Somatic Alignment is a mobile counselling and therapeutic support service designed to help individuals experiencing addiction, emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, and mental health challenges reconnect with balance, clarity, and inner peace.
Healing does not always happen in a clinical room. Sometimes healing happens when the nervous system feels safe, supported, and gently guided back into regulation.
Our work focusses on nervous system healing, emotional restoration, and energetic balance using integrative therapeutic practices that address the mind, body, and energetic self.
