Welcome to Somatics and Sound, founded by Jessika May. As a professional wellness practitioner and dedicated mentor based in Glastonbury, Somerset, I am deeply committed to holding soft, restorative and trauma-aware sanctuary spaces for healing and professional education.

My approach bridges the hard science of physiological sound physics and polyvagal theory with hands-on, body-based somatic movement, crystal singing bowl sound baths, reiki energy work and restorative wellness modalities. I believe that true space holding requires a steady, regulated practitioner presence, allowing the nervous system to safely drop out of survival vigilance and enter a deep state of biological repair and rest.

Through Somatics and Sound, I facilitate professional sound healing certification training programs, intimate wellness retreats, and public workshops across Somerset.
