SwissBreathwork® – The Academy of Therapeutic Breathwork

Founded by Aline Keya, somatic therapist, breathwork facilitator, and trainer, SwissBreathwork® is a professional, ethical, and deeply human approach to breathwork transmission.

A complete, embodied, and transformative training

SwissBreathwork® offers a structured professional path to become a Breath Coach or a Certified Therapeutic Breathwork Practitioner, with progressive certifications (50h, 200h, 400h).

Our programs combine:

• the anatomy and physiology of breathing,
• an in-depth understanding of the autonomic nervous system and Polyvagal Theory,
• trauma-informed somatic principles and emotional regulation,
• the professional posture, co-regulation, and conscious holding,
• a grounded, experiential pedagogy that values integration and personal embodiment as much as theoretical knowledge.

SwissBreathwork® is built upon a clear and committed ethical charter that centres safety, consent, co-responsibility, and respect for the body’s pace at every stage of the journey.

Breath is not used as a tool for intensity or performance. It is seen as the language of the body, a gateway to presence, and a gentle path toward lasting transformation.

We train practitioners to guide with humility, integrity, and awareness, with clear boundaries, deep listening, and a solid, compassionate container.
