As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with over 10 years of nursing experience and approximately 20 years working within mental health services, I have always been passionate about understanding people, supporting wellbeing, and helping others learn and develop.

My specialist interest in sensory experiences, relaxation, and nervous system regulation led me to develop and refine training in sensory touch, ASMR massage, hair play, and ASMR Head Spa treatments. Over the past 2.5 years, I have worked extensively with clients, continually evolving my practice through hands-on experience, ongoing research, reflective learning, and a commitment to professional standards. This work has resulted in over 175 five-star client reviews.

As both a healthcare professional and educator, I am passionate about bringing greater credibility, structure, and professionalism to this innovative and emerging area of practice. My training places a strong emphasis on safety, predictability, client wellbeing, ethical practice, and practical competence, ensuring students understand not only how to perform techniques, but how to deliver them responsibly and professionally.

I believe the best training combines evidence-informed learning, real-world experience, and genuine passion for the subject. My goal is to help students develop confidence, competence, and the skills needed to deliver exceptional sensory touch experiences within their own practice.
