Denise Harris is the co-founder of Tree of Health & Wellbeing in South Tenerife, where she combines over 20 years’ experience in public service, fitness, massage therapy and holistic health to support both clients and students on their wellbeing journey.

Following a successful career as a specialist officer and trainer with the British Transport Police, Denise followed her passion for complementary therapies and is now an IPHM-accredited practitioner and teacher. She delivers professional training in Massage, Reiki and a range of accredited CPD courses, including Hot & Cold Stone Massage, Thai Table Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Prenatal Massage and Animal Reiki Practitioner training.

Denise teaches both the Original Japanese Reiki System and Western Reiki traditions, combining practical skills with a deep understanding of Reiki’s philosophy and history. Training is delivered in small groups, offering a friendly, supportive and personalised learning experience.

For students travelling from the UK and Europe, comfortable on-site accommodation for up to two people is available by arrangement, making it convenient to attend accredited training while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of South Tenerife.
