I’m Zoe Venning-Pridham, a Sound Therapist and Guided Meditation Practitioner based in West Molesey, Surrey.
I trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy (BAST) and hold diplomas in Group Sound Therapy and 1:1 Sound Therapy (Sound Healing School UK). I later added Guided Meditation Practitioner training and now weave meditation into some sessions where it best supports the intention of the work.
My background also includes years working in a fast-paced corporate events environment, which means I understand, first-hand, what it feels like to live in “switched on” mode. Yin & Sonic grew from a simple question: what if we built a regular practice of returning to stillness, before stress becomes the baseline?
My training course is intended to give the fundamental information required in sound therapy basics for anyone who is intrigued by sound therapy as a modality and is deciding whether they want to explore further.
