IPHM Accredited Training Provider Application - Dual Membership
Please complete the application form below. Once submitted, you'll be prompted to set up payment via Stripe, which accepts both credit/debit card and PayPal.
Annual subscription - Pay £320.00/year in a single payment. Your renewal will be taken automatically each year unless cancelled.
Monthly subscription - Spread the cost at £32.00/month, with a one-off £64.00 setup fee taken with your first payment (so £96.00 on month one, then £32.00/month thereafter). Total first-year cost: £448.00; £384.00 per year from year two onwards. By selecting this option, you are committing to a minimum 12 month membership term. Monthly payments are instalments towards your annual membership fee.
Dual membership offers you a listing and also a full profile page to include further text to promote your training school with links and option to include up to 30 recognised training courses. You may use our logo to show you as an approved accredited training provider on your own certificates that you issue to your students and your own stationary and website. Your own students may then request Practitioner membership once they have completed your training and will be automatically accepted.

Dual Training Provider Membership

To apply for IPHM Training Provider Membership, applicants should ensure that their training manuals and supporting course materials are complete, up to date, and ready for review before submitting an application. This helps us assess applications efficiently and ensures applicants can maximise the benefits of their accreditation and membership from the outset.
As part of the accreditation process, IPHM may require access to course materials to assess their quality and alignment with our standards. We want to assure all applicants that any materials provided to us will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. We will not retain, copy, or distribute your course content in any form. Our sole purpose for reviewing your materials is to determine their suitability for accreditation, and once the review is complete, all submitted materials will be securely handled and will not be shared outside of the accreditation process.
