Yes, and you don't have to choose one or the other, there's two ways this can work.
*Option 1: Keep your Shopify shop, just connect it*
Your shop stays exactly as it is and nothing changes for your customers. Shopify connects straight in through the integrations panel, so orders, customers and sales flow through automatically. Every time someone buys, they're added straight into your CRM, and welcome emails or follow ups can trigger on their own.
This one is genuinely easy. It's a native integration, so it's really just switching it on and setting up a few automations. Low effort, low risk, and it can be live within days.
*Option 2: Build your shop directly inside the Growth Hub*
Same idea as Shopify, product listings, payments, checkout, but all part of the same system as your website, emails and bookings.
This one takes more work. Listings, images and descriptions would need rebuilding, payment processing set up fresh, and there's no automatic import of order history or reviews. Any Shopify apps for reviews or stock would need replacing too. It's doable, just a proper project rather than a quick switch.
*Which one should I choose?*
Happy with Shopify and just want smarter automation, go with Option 1. Want to simplify down to one system long term, Option 2 is worth it. You can always start with Option 1 and move to Option 2 later if that feels right.
