200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

I am honoured to share that I have been recognised as an Accredited Senior Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance Professionals UK.
After more than eight years of teaching yoga in the UK, this recognition not only marks an important milestone in my journey but also qualifies me to develop and deliver my own 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Programme.

Yoga is more than movement and postures. It is a path of self-discovery, conscious living, inner awareness, and a deeper connection to mind, body, and spirit.
For 2027, I am opening a very special and intimate training experience for those who feel genuinely called to deepen their practice and step into the role of a yoga teacher.

For this first training, I am accepting only FOUR students.

This is a conscious decision to maintain the highest standards of teaching, mentorship, support, and personal attention. By keeping the group small, each trainee will receive individual guidance throughout their journey.

Following your application, you will be offered a complimentary question-and-answer call to discuss the programme, ask questions, and explore whether the training is aligned with your journey.
