Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy (HICAT) Practitioner Training

HICAT is a professional mental health training that harnesses the power of the creative process to support and enhance emotional, mental and physical wellbeing for individuals of all ages. Rooted in holistic principles and ethical practice, this training integrates art-making, reflective practice, psychological understanding and embodied learning.
This is more than gaining a qualification.

It is a creative therapeutic journey for you - an invitation to deepen your own self-awareness, resilience and confidence while learning how to safely and compassionately support others.

• 20 carefully structured modules
• 400 hours total study (approximately 10 hours per week)
• Fortnightly coursework submissions via our online platform
