Journey into Meditation

Learn or develop your own meditation practice in our sacred online space over the course of four weeks, steadily deepening your practice as we go.
We will work through a variety of meditation styles and practice different techniques including breathwork, posture, stretches, mantra and mudras in a safe, supported space.
Come, relax and reconnect with your authentic self and the wisdom and healing that brings. Enjoy the relaxation, invigoration, strength and peace that good meditation offers! All levels welcome
