MASTER PROGRAMME – HOLISTIC COUNSELLOR (Gestalt-Informed & Creative Approach)

This advanced training programme prepares you to work as a Holistic Counsellor, supporting clients’ self-awareness, emotional regulation and relationship skills through a professional, non-clinical helping relationship.

The approach combines person-centred attitudes, Gestalt-oriented awareness (here-and-now, contact cycle, responsibility) and creative/holistic methods (body-based and expressive tools) to foster clarity, resources and practical change.

Format: Online live classes + e-learning platform (blended options may be available).

Duration: Up to 18 months.

Total learning hours: 900 (live training, guided practice, self-study, tutoring, supervision and internship/professional project).

You will learn to: Conduct structured individual sessions; use active listening, effective communication and clear contracting; recognise common relational patterns and contact interruptions; facilitate basic group processes; work ethically online/in person; document your work and build a sustainable professional practice.

Assessment: Module checks + final exam (presentation/discussion of a written paper/project).
