Mindfulness for Men

I am holding an online beginners mindfulness course for Men only. It will include the following:
- An introduction and breif history of mindfulness, plus mindfulness practice.
- Understanding Chakras and Body scan mindfulness exercise.
- Introduction to Breathing and breath work.
- Mindfulness for the senses
- Mindfulness with objects, Crystals, journals etc.
It is a 5 week course, starting at 8pm for 1hr.
It's £40 for the full course and includes a package with tools for the the course.
