Step into a deeply healing space of stillness, vibration, and connection. Join us for a powerful Sound Bath and Shamanic Drumming Journey, where we'll be weaving together sacred instruments and guided meditation to bring you into deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
You'll be immersed in the healing vibrations of:
- Gongs
- Shamanic Drumming
- Tibetan Sound Bowls
- Crystal Singing Bowls
- Koshi Chimes
- And other sacred sound tools
This hour is a gift to yourself — an opportunity to:

- Release stress and emotional tension

- Promote deep rest and cellular healing
- Reconnect with your inner stillness and spiritual essence
We will also journey through a guided meditation, supporting you to ground, release, and receive.
