Our Usui Reiki Level 1 course brings you the basic introduction and understanding of Reiki. You will learn the graceful & compassionate healing treatment to use on yourself, family and friends.
Learn how to connect to Reiki energy, understanding how energy works within the auric field and the introduction of Chakras. We look at the story and history behind Reiki and it's spiritual connection. You will also receive your First Degree Usui Reiki Attunement.
