Join me for 6 days, spread over two weekends, starting in October 2026, at the stunning location by the sea, at SeaSpace, Porth, Cornwall.
Learn to teach Yin and Restorative yoga, deepen your knowledge and practice, then go on to share this with others. As we journey into the body, from its physical, fascial perspective, energetic nervous system regulation and the subtler realms that are hard to put into words.
And because energy is everything, this unique 6-day course infuses some Human Design magic!

This course is open to yoga teachers, body workers, breathwork and sound healing practitioners, coaches, other holistic and wellness practitioners, and dedicated yoga students who want to deepen their practice.

- 4 days Yin-Yoga Teacher Training (In-person)
- 2 days Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (IN-PERSON)
- Beautiful Yin-Yoga Asana Manual
- 2 X 90 MIN Human Design workshops (LIVE Online)
- Online Teacher Portal with DETAILED E-MANUALs
- Extensive ONLINE resource base and class library
- Post-training support

Dates:
Weekend 1 – Yin training days 1 to 3
Friday 16th October 1pm till 6pm and Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th 10am till 5pm
Weekend 2 – Yin training day 4 and Restorative days 5 and 6
Friday 13th November 1pm till 6pm and Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th November 10am till 5pm
Group size: Maximum of 12 places
Refreshments: Water and light snacks are provided.
Assessment: Mini-teaching practices are integrated into day 4 of Yin training and day 6 of Restorative.

Price: Early Bird Price £795 or 4 x £200 until Monday 5th October 9pm, price thereafter, space permitting, £895 or 2 x £450.
