Jane is passionate about facilitating others to (re)discover their own inner guide & healer.

Her grounded and embodied approach to spiritual practices allows you to dive deep into self-discovery and transformation.

For over 20 years, Jane led a more traditional work life. Facing burnout, chronic illness and a growing sense of dissatisfaction with life, she left everything behind and immersed herself in healing practices that would eventually save her body and spirit. She now offers the modalities that led to her greatest transformation to others.

Jane utilises her background in psychology, counselling, teaching and behaviour analysis in her trauma informed practices today; alchemised in new ways to offer a safe space for people to dive deeply into their transformation.

Breathwork is her passion with over 700+ hours of formal training she is a Shamanic Breathwork Master Practitioner through Venus Rising Association for Transformation, a Rebirthing Yin Breathwork Facilitator, a Wild Love Advanced Breathwork Practitioner and is Accredited through the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

Jane is also an Advanced Trauma Specialist with The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP)™ as well as an Astrologer, Master Level Reiki Practitioner, Shamanic Minister, Advanced Theta Healer and a Detox & Cellular Regeneration Practitioner.

Each of these practices focus on awakening your own inner truth and healer at all levels, physically, mentally and spiritually. It is Jane’s greatest joy to serve as a guide back to your own inner knowing, strength and wellbeing.
