To avoid the cancellation of your Approved Training Provider IPHM membership and to avoid having to re-apply, you can simply pay your subscription/renewal fee via the link on this page.
New Applications - Your application will remain pending for 5 days only without payment. If you do not wish to make payment via subscription or directly then please contact us to arrange payment options either via bank transfer or invoice. If we do not receive your subscription fee within the next 5 days your application will be deleted. Once we have received your payment your application will be processed within 1 to 5 days.
Lapsed Members - If your membership has lapsed and you now wish to renew then please selection option and use your IPHM ref number as reference.
